IT Strategy Consultant

Managing and maintaining secretariat and reporting activities for all IT Governance managed Committees and Councils.

Preparation of high quality dashboards and presentations for senior management review.

Role & responsibilities

IT STRATEGY COMMITTEE MEETING (Approx. 2 per quarter)

• Prepare and finalise agenda of the meeting. Track progress status of actions from previous meetings. Prepare presentation and notes for the meeting which will include sharing of template with all vertical head and SPOC, seeking inputs, follow ups wherever required. Review all the inputs received

COMMITTEE AND COUNCIL MEETINGS (8 - 10 meetings each month)

• Check availability of all committee members and finalise the meeting date as per the meeting frequency
• Prepare and finalise agenda of the meeting
• Prepare and finalise IT agenda of the meeting
• Track progress status of actions from previous meetings
• Prepare presentation and notes for the meeting which will include sharing of template with all vertical head and SPOC, seeking inputs, follow ups wherever required
• Review all the inputs received
• Prepare consolidated Board Notes and Executive Summary Notes for each agenda item

Collate inputs and prepare dashboards required for senior management including but not

limited to the IT Governance dashboard, MD updates, Chairman updates etc.

• Ensure all commitments across senior level forums for IT are tracked and monitored
• Validate action closures and ensure timely escalation in case of non completion.
