Job Title: SharePoint Lead Developer
Location: Noida/Bangalore

Grade: IT4

Job Summary
Hands-on senior engineer responsible for designing, building, securing, and scaling enterprise-grade solutions on
SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. This role requires deep expertise in SPFx, Power Platform, Azure services,
Microsoft Graph, GenAI-enabled M365 solutions, and strong practical experience in security, auditing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and own complex SPFx web parts, extensions, and application customizers using TypeScript,
React, and Fluent UI.
. Build scalable, high-performance SharePoint solutions optimized for large enterprise tenants and high user
concurrency.
. Develop advanced Power Automate workflows and Power Apps integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure
services, including robust error handling and exception management.
. Design and implement Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs to securely extend Microsoft 365 capabilities.

Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, and enterprise systems using secure
authentication and authorization models (Entra ID, OAuth).
.
Implement Microsoft Search solutions including custom search experiences, result types, and content discovery
patterns.
. Build GenAI-enabled experiences using Copilot extensibility and Azure OpenAI, ensuring proper data grounding,
security boundaries, and compliance.
. Apply security-by-design principles across all solutions, including least-privilege access, permission inheritance
management, and secure external sharing.
. Perform SharePoint security audits, permission reviews, access validation, and remediation of security gaps and
misconfigurations.

Implement and validate compliance controls such as retention, sensitivity labels, and data access boundaries.
. Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint administration, security auditing, reporting, and automation.
. Hands-on lead developer who codes daily-builds core modules, resolves complex production issues, and sets
engineering patterns through working code and direct implementation ownership.
Technical Skills & Experience
. 10+ years of SharePoint and enterprise web application development experience.
. 5+ years of deep, hands-on SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
. Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
. Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
. Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and cloud integration patterns.
. Strong experience with Microsoft Graph and Entra ID authentication models.
. Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint security, auditing, compliance, and PowerShell automation.
. Experience designing and implementing GenAI-enabled solutions within Microsoft 365 environments
