Position- IT- Sr Systems Engineer

Grade : IT3

Location :India office sites.

Educational :

.Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics).

Experience:

.Should have at least4-8years of relevant experience.

Must have :

.Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment

.Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support

.Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes

.Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a complex application & systems infrastructure

.Assists with backup & recovery procedures

.Participates in change control activities to ensure awareness of scheduled work as it relates to

Preferred :

.Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana

Role :

.Would be member of Coreautomation team

.Would be required to work onautomatingoperations to manage Unix infrastructure globally.

.Would be required to work on automation projects & global rollouts.
