As QA lead must have
- Hands on experience with automation tools, Katalon preferable. Ensure the common framework is established and followed, test suite is used as part of development, regressiona and post deployment with test suite integrated with CI/CD
- Establish how new AI tools could be integrated in the test life cycle management flow, come up with the approaches to minimize the maintenance test suite, and, adopt the AI tools for new development and maintenance.
- Must be able to plan the release, scope the work, put together the risk register, with plan to mitigate
- Must have QA experience supporting SalesForce applications,
- Work with the stakeholders for scoping, and post-release activities. Define the metrices of critical impact areas and have the planned items defined
- Planning for the release, understanding the requirements, ensuring team is able to comprehend and taking decisive steps to deliver the quality release
- Team mentoring, conduct knowledge sharing sessions and build the culture of self-learning, certifications and quality product deliverables.
- Defect Tracking and triage - Setup one common process for all applications and ensure it is followed, capture the right resolutions to measure the release and work quality metrices
