IT Solutions Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance, handle incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and business users to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate as necessary to the relevant technical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT workflows, system configurations, and standard processes.
• Support project management tasks such as scheduling, tracking, and reporting progress on IT initiatives.
• Ensure alignment and compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational protocols.
• Assist in delivering training and support to end users regarding IT systems and tools.
• Track operational metrics, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
