The role focuses on delivering scalable, production-grade backend and full-stack services that power real-time customer interactions and enterprise workflows.
Primary Title: Software Engineer (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using modern server-side frameworks.
- Implement and maintain data models and integrations with relational and NoSQL datastores to support low-latency services.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Containerize services and enable CI/CD-driven deployments; collaborate with DevOps to automate build, test, and release pipelines.
- Work closely with Product and QA in Agile sprints to deliver features, fix production issues, and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot live incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement monitoring and observability improvements.
