Description: IT Site Operations lead is responsible for overseeing the service delivery of the India site operations. This role includes coordinating with other departments and stakeholders and ensuring that day-to-day IT service delivery is completed to the satisfaction of end-users. The person is also responsible for coordinating with various IT teams to ensure IT Site operations are running effectively and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously. This position will report directly to the India Site head and be the go-to person for all Site IT needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Site IT Operations - Be responsible for all the site level IT requirements. Get industry BKMs and define track and monitor of all the metrics.
  • VIP and event Support - Ensure all VIP support and Site level event support is provided efficiently. Be the strategic partner for the same.
  • Deskside/service desk/Conference room support - ensure smooth functioning and SLAs being met for deskside service desk and Conference room support
  • IT Trainings - Responsible to ensure the end user trainings for the Site are delivered as per plan and schedule.
  • Project Management: Support all IT Site specific Program and project deliveries. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress, ensuring that projects are completed within the set timelines. This role is responsible to act as point of contact for customers on any IT operations support, maintain the RIT dashboards, provide effective updates to customers and management on progress of IT operations.
  • Communication: The IT Site operation manager is responsible for communicating with other departments, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure that their IT needs are met. They must also communicate project and service delivery updates and changes to all relevant parties in a timely and effective manner. Use dashboards and ppts to provide monthly status management regarding the Site operations.
  • Audits: The IT Site operation lead role is responsible for identifying and managing potential risks associated with service delivery and other audit findings. This includes identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration/GCAB: Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve IT-related issues and provide technical support. Run the Global Customer advisory board with the Business Unit heads.
  • Audit/Compliance: Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Help coordinate in site audits.
  • Budget Management: The IT Site operation's lead role is responsible for managing the IT budget for their assigned site. They must ensure that IT resources are utilized efficiently, and that costs are kept within the set budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Overall 13+ experience with 10+ years of experience in IT operations/Program management role
  • Experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, hardware, and software
  • Experience in Running IT projects for both Infrastructure/Applications
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
