We are seeking an enterprise-level IT Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee high-impact security operations and vendor tooling management. You will be responsible for the strategic delivery of Level 2 SOC services and Vulnerability Operations Control (VOC) using Hackuity, while driving AdminSec and Palantir-based analytics to enhance service management. As the primary point of contact for service performance, you will ensure that security workflows are seamless, SLAs are met, and cross-functional teams are aligned to mitigate risks across the enterprise infrastructure.
We seek an individual who would have extensive experience and expertise in Vendor Tooling Management, orchestrating a diverse security stack that includes Wiz, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, and Qualys. You will manage the integration and lifecycle of platforms such as QRadar, Recorded Future, Veracode, and Tines (including Ubby), ensuring these tools provide actionable intelligence and robust protection. By leveraging automation and sophisticated reporting, you will optimize security posture and deliver a resilient, tool-driven defense strategy that supports the organization's broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage transitions across all regions and provide overall IT Security governance
- Manage all the RUN service delivery operations for IT Security across all regions with close collaboration with regional teams
- Manage all escalations, review all customer reports, analyze all SLAs/RCAs and drive continuous service optimization
- Monitor, mitigate risks and act on dependencies
- Ensure best practices are implemented across regions
- Monitor and manage all vendor delivery commitments, provide relevant reporting, and manage all key stakeholder meetings
- Be the link between Vendors and all Regional Security teams, ensure close collaboration
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met by vendor
- Work with different disciplines (Finance, IT, Business & Operations, External Vendors)
- Align with PMO and VMO teams for reporting and managing vendor escalations.
- Consolidate and communicate all regional priorities and drive commonality and consistency
- Drive capacity and capability building for IT Security
- Ensure compliance with procedures and methods of quality assurance and IT security
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree
- 12-15+ years of proven experience in Transition and Service Delivery of IT security portfolio, project management and project coordination within a large IT organization
- Proven strong track record with a minimum of 8-10+ years experience in managing IT Security RUN service delivery
- Proven experience of managing partners for large transitions and service delivery
- Strong experience in driving optimization and service optimization
- Good knowledge of techniques like SAP, Salesforce, CRM, Microsoft technologies, Cloud etc.
- Hands-on experience in waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of Tech, Data & Digital fundamentals
- Previous experience in implementing transformation initiatives in an environment involving organizational change
- Ability to develop and tailor communications as appropriate.
- Excellent communication, leadership, team management and organizational skills.
- Preferably to have Security, ITIL, Cloud certifications
