Role Description :

We are looking for IT Scrum Master with 4-6 Years of experience .This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru IT Scrum Master. The IT Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, support sprint planning, ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies, and assist in breaking down user stories. The role involves close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to promote project efficiency and clear communication while identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Sprint Planning and creating actionable User Stories is essential for guiding Agile teams effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify project inefficiencies and resolve challenges proactively.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Familiarity with Software Development processes to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
• A basic understanding of Agile principles and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus but not mandatory.
