Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Engage with customers to understand their technical and service requirements and provide effective solutions.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and handling customer queries related to products or services.

Service Coordination

  • Coordinate post-sales service activities including installations, maintenance schedules, and issue resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain records of customer communications, service reports, and sales documentation.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Liaise with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support for customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management
