Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Engage with customers to understand their technical and service requirements and provide effective solutions.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and handling customer queries related to products or services.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate post-sales service activities including installations, maintenance schedules, and issue resolution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain records of customer communications, service reports, and sales documentation.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support for customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
