Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedOnsite Recruiterwith strong expertise inSales Hiring for US and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring enterprise sales professionals, account executives, business development managers, and regional sales leaders within IT/FinTech organizations.
This role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders, understanding regional hiring dynamics, and delivering high-quality talent within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadend-to-end recruitmentfor Sales roles across US and Europe markets
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles including:
- Enterprise Sales Managers
- Business Development Managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive sales talent across IT/FinTech domain
- Conduct competency-based interviews focused on consultative and solution selling skills
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations (US & Europe)
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates
- Drive offer negotiations and candidate experience excellence
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in ATS
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, withminimum 4+ years in Sales hiring for US/Europe markets
- Strong exposure to IT/Software/FinTech industry hiring
- Experience hiring for enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or product sales roles
- Strong understanding of US and European talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery model
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech or Banking Technology hiring
- Exposure to global hiring compliance standards
- Experience working in a multinational IT organization
