We are looking for an IT Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales, expand client relationships, and promote Scry AI's intelligent platforms across industries. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering technology solutions that solve complex enterprise challenges.

Role Overview

As an IT Sales Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and solution positioning to contract negotiation and deal closure. You will work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to understand client needs and present tailored AI-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building strong client relationships, selling innovative technology solutions, and driving revenue growth in competitive enterprise markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries such as BFSI, logistics, and insurance
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects and qualified leads

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and technology requirements
  • Present Scry AI's platforms and solutions in a consultative, value-driven sales approach
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams for solution presentations

Sales Execution & Deal Management

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial agreements
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and industry events
  • Work with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product strategy and improvement

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 58 years of experience in IT sales, enterprise software sales, or technology solution selling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, SaaS, or AI platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems
