Role Description:
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business for IT services and digital transformation
Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting to closure
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders
Lead negotiations and close mid-to-large ticket deals
Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and delivery
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in IT services sales
Proven track record in business development and deal closures
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Good understanding of software development and digital solutions
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
