Job Description

Spectra Solutions is seeking an experienced, self-driven IT Sales Executive to drive new business in the US market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT services sales who can independently identify opportunities, engage prospects, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development by identifying and engaging potential clients in the US market.

Conduct prospecting and lead generation using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce CRM.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach and discovery to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.

Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.

Represent Spectra Solutions professionally while positioning our IT services and solutions to prospective clients.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of overall sales experience, with at least 4 years in IT services sales targeting the US market.

Proven ability to independently generate leads and close new business opportunities.

Experience selling technology services such as Data & Analytics, Salesforce, SAP, Cloud, or related IT solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US-based clients.

Hands-on experience with sales enablement and CRM tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Strong prospecting, research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
