Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
IT Sales Executive (SaaS) who believes that effective sales is about understanding customer challenges and delivering technology-driven solutions that create real business value. This role involves software sales, international client engagement, live product demonstrations, and post-sales coordination to ensure long-term client success.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to overseas clients, guiding them through the entire sales lifecycle while building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international / overseas clients through calls, emails, video meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct live software demos, product presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to demo, closure, onboarding, and post-sales support coordination.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries with clarity and accountability.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable SaaS-based solutions and use cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Support) to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

- Demo Effectiveness: Deliver impactful product demos that clearly address client needs and use cases.
- Response Time: Maintain quick turnaround time for international client communication.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure seamless onboarding and a positive post-sales experience.

Experience & Skills Required
- 23 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or SaaS sales.
- Proven experience in handling international / overseas clients.
- Strong exposure to conducting software demos and client onboarding.
- Ability to explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is an added advantage.
