Objectives of the Job profile:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales KPIs and quotas

Identify and qualify new leads and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers.

Engage customer leadership.

Understand customer requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Analyze market trends and competitors offerings.

Negotiate and close deals

Qualifications and required skills:

Minimum graduate in any stream

2 to 5 years experience in IT software sales to manufacturing /automotive/ engineering industry.

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in English and local language

Confident, pleasing personality

Listening and documenting skills

Energetic, Motivated, disciplined, focused go getter.

Some understanding of automation and digitalization benefits for the manufacturing industry.
