Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Location: Bhavnagar

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and selling IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.

Identify and connect with decision-makers and potential clients.

Maintain and update prospect databases, technology-wise and industry-wise lead sheets, and sales pipeline records.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services and solutions.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Provide guidance to prospects regarding company services and products, including solutions offered by the organization.

Prepare company profiles, proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Conduct regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM and tracking sheets.

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify upselling opportunities and generate repeat business.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

Basic understanding of IT services, software development, web development, mobile applications, or digital solutions.

Lead generation and prospecting skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Good presentation and client-handling skills.
