IT Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales of our IT solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to help businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Present product offerings and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients via phone and online meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and following up with leads effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
