This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an IT Sales professional. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing accounts. The role requires active collaboration with clients to understand their technology needs and propose suitable solutions while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proven expertise in IT Sales, with a solid understanding of Information Technology solutions
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience or knowledge of software and IT services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred
