Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager with 45 years of experience who is confident in client interactions, proactive in lead generation, and strong in conversions. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement discussions
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead to closure
Client Management
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and opportunities
- Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, networking)
- Work with internal teams for marketing campaigns and materials
- Maintain and update CRM / sales pipeline
Revenue & Growth
- Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Contribute to company growth strategies
- Provide market feedback and insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 45 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication& negotiation skills
- Proventrack recordof client acquisition or revenue generation
- Comfortable with client calls and presentations
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Experience in IT / software / SaaS sales preferred
