We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Domestic Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on contract staffing. This role requires an individual contributor who is well-versed in using various job boards and possesses a solid understanding of IT skills and recruitment processes within the Indian market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT requirements, from understanding job descriptions to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Effectively source and identify qualified candidates using various job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster) and other recruitment platforms.
- Develop a strong understanding of all assigned requirements, including technical skills, domain knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and clients, providing detailed insights into their profiles.
- Possess strong negotiation skills for salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 6 months to 6 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Mandatory experience working on VMS (Vendor Management System) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) accounts.
- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with major job boards such as Naukri and Monster.
- Must have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or Contract-to-Hire models).
- Strong understanding of various IT skills and technologies.
- Excellent understanding of job requirements and ability to articulate them to candidates.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with large consulting firms, product companies, or Tier-1 IT service providers (e.g., Deloitte, Salesforce, DXC, HP, Accenture, JPMC, Collabera, Magna, NTT, Infosys, etc.).
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
