Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships for candidate sourcing
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage candidate relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates during interviews and offer stages
  • Work closely with department heads to understand specific role requirements
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends
  • Conduct market research, salary surveys, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive recruitment practices
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline recruitment processes
