We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai - Remote The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in the IT sector.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process and beyond.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT industry.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Stable laptop & Wifi Mandatory
