Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions for Pan India , Middle east is a plus.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, project timelines, and skill expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and references.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until closure.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for contract employees.
- Maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors and payroll partners.
- Track hiring metrics: TAT, conversion ratio, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
- Ensure compliance with client and internal hiring processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of recruitment experience, with minimum 3+ years in C2H hiring.
- Strong experience in IT hiring (developers, testers, cloud, data, infra roles, etc.).
- Good understanding of contract staffing models and payroll structures.
- Experience working with multiple clients or internal business units.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
