Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end IT recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements
- Source and screen IT candidates using job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking
- Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms and social channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple technical roles, from sourcing to offer closure
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring requirements
- Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms
- Strong social media recruiting skills (job posting, candidate engagement, community participation, hashtag usage, etc.)
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
