Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Andheri - Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using various platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases

Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide interview preparation and feedback

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals (W2, C2C, 1099)

Develop relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication for future opportunities

Negotiate salary rates and terms with candidates and third-party vendors (if applicable)

Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and timelines

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and client requirements

Track and maintain recruiting activity in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)

15 years of experience in US IT recruitment (bench sales experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.)

Familiarity with various IT technologies and technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift if offshore)
