As part of our growing Talent Acquisition team, we're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to help us attract top-tier engineering and IT talent across cloud, software development, DevOps etc.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and build effective talent strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess IT professionals (developers, engineers, system architects, etc.) across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, job boards, and niche communities).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and technical communities.
- Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to improve hiring processes and employer branding.
- Use ATS and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (preferably in Level 5 company)
- Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks (e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes), and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to source high-quality candidates through Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI-powered talent tools or candidate engagement platforms.
- Background in engineering or IT (a plus, not required).
