This is a 3-month Contract-to-Hire role and a 100% Work from Office position (Hyderabad) - India Shift
Role Expectations:
- Manage 35 active IT roles at a time
- Deliver relevant candidate submissions within 48 hours
- Achieve minimum 2+ placements per month
- Build and engage talent pipelines proactively (not just post jobs to job boards)
- Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, and efficiency
- Comfortable with ATS, Automation & Workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6 + years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, networking, passive outreach)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with no supervision
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Adaptable to changing hiring requirements
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for recruiting
