Role & responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening: Evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
  • Interviewing: Conducting interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates skills and suitability.
  • Negotiation: Working with candidates to negotiate salary and benefits.
  • Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Talent Pipeline: Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
