Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various IT domains. From understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, you will play a vital role in building strong talent pipelines. You will collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams to ensure the right fit, high-quality candidates, and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
- Interact with account managers and delivery heads to understand client requirements and technical needs.
- Break down job descriptions to identify key skills, must-haves, and nice-to-haves.
Sourcing & Screening:
- Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and networking) to source candidates.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and availability.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and shortlist candidates.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships by keeping them informed through the hiring process.
- Manage salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and expectations setting.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Submissions & Coordination:
- Ensure timely and quality resume submissions to clients.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Provide regular updates to delivery/account managers on progress.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and update records consistently.
- Work in a target-driven environment ensuring weekly/monthly submissions and closures.
- Meet KPIs like submissions, interviews, offers, and successful onboardings.
Market Knowledge & IT Expertise:
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends, in-demand skills, and hiring patterns.
- Use market insights to advise delivery teams and strengthen sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in client management and IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies & hiring methodologies.
- Hands-on on experience on the ATS, different job boards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
- Must have experience of target-oriented work culture
- Should be good at problem-solving, critical-thinking, high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team environment.
