• Strong sourcing & headhunting skills (Job Boards & Social Media)
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT for smarter hiring
• Proven success in onboarding Tier 1 IT talent
• Excellent communication & influencing skills
• Ability to build & retain a strong candidate pipeline
