- Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for candidate sourcing.
Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates skills and professional backgrounds through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule interviews and perform reference checks.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Maintain strict turnaround times and adhere to specific requirements.
- Formulate work plans based on job responsibilities.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment processes and techniques.
Market Research:
- Conduct market due diligence on talent availability in specific markets/regions.
- Research and analyze data, producing reports as required.
Job Description Management:
- Float job descriptions on leading portals.
- Create job descriptions when requirements are not explicit.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in internet tools and MS Office.
- Strong technical sourcing skills with a proven track record.
- Deep understanding of IT terminologies and keywords.
