Responsibilities

• Competent professional with over 5-7 years of rich & extensive experience in Recruiting, Team handling, client coordination.
• Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management and client management.
• Sharing requirements with the team on daily basis.
• Proven expertise in building and managing large scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
• Ability to meet targets consistently.
• Strong experience in Man Management by virtue of building and leading a large team.
• Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence, acquisition and management.
