IT Recruiter

Syncarp is hiring IT Recruiter with 1–3 years (Chennai) of experience in technology hiring, preferably with experience working in an IT recruitment consultancy /staffing consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working with job portals, social media recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Experience in a consultancy environment is mandatory, with the ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Understand technical job requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
