Experience: 5+ Years

What We're Looking For

• End-to-end IT Recruitment, including 30% Non-IT hiring

• Strong sourcing, headhunting & screening skills

• Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn

• Ability to understand complex requirements and identify the right talent

• Excellent communication & client coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

• Prior experience in staffing / corporate IT recruitment preferred

• Consulting / Offshore / GIC recruitment experience is an advantage
