We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, with a deep understanding of the technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
