Description

We are seeking an IT Recruiter with expertise in SAP recruitment to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting for IT roles, specifically focusing on SAP technologies. This position requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to connect with potential candidates to fulfill our staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates for SAP-related positions using various recruitment methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings in SAP-related roles.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in SAP domain.
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies and functionalities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit of candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions effectively.
