Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Mid-Level)

Location: Gurgaon (4 days onsite – Monday to Thursday, Friday remote)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days

Shift timings: 6:30 to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

@VLink Inc is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, handling a mix of Tax term roles. The role requires excellent sourcing skills, client handling experience, and the ability to manage niche and location-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• should good working experience on tax terms
• Handle both direct clients and SI Clients
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely submissions and closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Experience in Banking, Finance, or Telecom domains.
• Candidates should have experience hiring for roles in Python, Data Science, AI/ML, LLM, GenAI,AWS/Azure Data Engineering etc
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and stable employment track.
