About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our India and US operations. You'll manage hiring for both contract and full-time technical positions, building a robust pipeline of top-tier IT talent across geographies.
This role requires strong technical recruiting expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Management
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across India and US markets
- Source and hire for both contract and permanent technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality standards
Sourcing & Engagement
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social media channels
- Conduct initial technical screenings and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate experience from application to offer
Pipeline & Analytics
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future-demand roles
- Track key metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to global recruitment standards and employment regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation in ATS systems
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 37 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
- Proven track record hiring for India and US markets
- Strong experience with both contract and full-time placements
- Expertise recruiting for: Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and Infrastructure Specialists
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capabilities
- Familiarity with technical screening methodologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and offer management abilities
- Stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Flexibility to collaborate across US time zones (EST/PST)
