Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic IT Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. The ideal candidate will not just execute recruitment tasks but take complete ownership of the hiring process from sourcing to closure while continuously innovating and expanding their network to find the best tech talent. This role requires someone who understands technology, connects well with people, and brings a proactive, go-getter attitude to every hiring challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions (Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Take ownership of assigned positions ensuring timely closures with quality candidates.
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and other ATS tools effectively for sourcing.
  • Actively engage in networking activities join LinkedIn groups, participate in tech communities, and develop innovative sourcing channels.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously analyze and improve hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bring new ideas and approaches to talent acquisition be a contributor, not just an executor.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment, preferably for product-based or networking-focused companies.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts (Networking, Cloud, Software Development, Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Proven track record of high-quality shortlists and successful closures.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High levels of energy, ownership, and initiative should be self-driven and outcome-oriented.
  • Ability to innovate sourcing strategies and leverage new platforms or communities.
  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability to dynamic business needs.
