We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent across functions, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and tech-specific platforms.
- Source candidates using databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit and culture match.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and track candidate progress.
- Engage passive talent through networking, cold outreach, and talent pipelining.
- Assist in building and promoting a strong employer brand within the tech community.
- Stay updated with market trends in technology hiring and salary benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
- Understanding of technical roles and terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, SQL, APIs).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever).
