Job Description
Trident Consulting is looking for a driven, experienced US Recruiter who is ready to take ownership of high-priority US staffing requirements and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Adyar, Chennai (Onsite)
Shift: US Hours / Night Shift
Type: Fulltime
If you have strong US staffing experience, hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS expertise, and a proven track record of working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs, we want to hear from you
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS License
- Strong Direct Client recruiting experience
- Experience working with MSP / VMS programs
- Proven US IT staffing/recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of W2 hiring and US work authorizations
- Experience recruiting across multiple IT/Non IT/ Technical roles
- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working US/EST hours and night shifts
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver candidates within tight timelines
