IT Recruiter

We are looking for passionate and experienced IT Recruiters to join our dynamic team at PureSoftware.

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Employment Type: Contractual (6-12 months)

Experience Required: 26 years in IT recruitment

Mode of Work-5 days WFO

What You'll Do:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles across levels.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and organisational needs to deliver top-quality talent.

- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.

- Effectively utilise and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing candidate data and recruitment workflows.

- Drive candidate engagement through regular communication, feedback, and relationship management to enhance the candidate experience.

Prerequisites:

- Minimum graduate required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in ATS tools will be an added advantage.
