Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Review resumes and screen candidates for appropriate skills and qualifications
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical and interpersonal skills
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent
