Shift: Nightshift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
KeyResponsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings by phone or email.
- Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions.
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist with the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function (a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
