Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with leadership and HR team to understand the hiring needs
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements for the job opening
- Cold call potential candidates and actively engage in head-hunting
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
- Sourcing candidates through databases and social media
- Collaborate with HR consultancies on a continuous basis for all the requirements
- Screening applicants for competency and skills that match with the job requirements
- Presenting the profiles of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
- Arranging for the relevant interview process
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment with strong head-hunting skills
- Hands on experience in sourcing through multiple channels
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities independently
- Experience in Cold calling and good at follow-up
- Adapt to fast paced and start-up culture
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
