We Are Hiring – IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with strong technical hiring experience to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, and hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and networking.
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
• Work on bulk hiring as well as niche technical requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills.
• Good stakeholder and candidate management abilities.

Candidates with hiring experience in the following domains will be preferred:

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1- 4 Years in  IT Recruitment
• Qualification: Graduate
