We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing candidates for IT positions. You will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and ensuring we attract the best candidates for our technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
