Communicating with managers or CEOs to identify future job openings.
Writing job descriptions and posting to online platforms like indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.
Communicating requirements in different colleges & arranging campus placement.
Identify the candidate based on skills and qualifications mentioned in job details toscreen resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls or video calls to analyze applicant's abilities. Performing background checks & references.
Coordinate with team leaders and arrange the practical round with them.
Provide feedback to management about details regarding candidates.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD or equivalent.
Experience
1 to 2 year of experience in Recruitment.
